This is a fabulous ride.  100 miles of beautiful tranquil back roads that epitomize the bucolic beauty found along some of the most popular bicycle routes west of Boston.  We pass by many apple orchards that are part of the wonderful scenery on our ride.

As in previous years, there will be 25, 50, 67, and 100 mile routes through quiet back roads in Massachusetts and looping into New Hampshire for the 100 mile route.  All rides are fully arrowed.  Back-up cue sheets are provided.   GPS files will be available from the NVP website before the ride. Other features include:

  • Sag/Emergency Support

  • Cued and Arrowed Routes

  • Pre-ride Mechanical Support

Routes (2025 routes listed below; 2026 routes will be available before the 2026 century)

All rides start in Sudbury MA. The 25 mile route goes from Sudbury to Concord. The 50 mile route passes though Harvard before returning through Acton and Sudbury. The 67 and 100 mile routes are similar, passing through Harvard, Dunstable, and Concord before returning to Sudbury. The 100 mile route adds a spur to Hollis, N.H.

We offer refreshments at the start at Lincoln Sudbury High School, and well-stocked rest stops (with porta-potties) in Harvard and Dunstable.  The rest stops are found on the longer rides at 25 and before 50 miles, at which point you can decide to complete the Hollis loop for a full century or just finish the fabulous 67 mile ride.  The Hollis loop returns to the Dunstable rest stop where you can fill your water bottles before setting off on the last leg of the century to Sudbury.  Sandwich fixings will be available at the finish.
